We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive.

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing them with exceptional service.

  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to provide best possible options to clients.
  • You will coordinate with creative teams for ongoing work and ensure that it meets client expectations.
  • You will implement innovative ways to engage clients with the company and provide value for money experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Interact with clients regularly through phone, emails, or meetings and understand their requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Creative Collaboration: Do ideation meetings with internal teams and clients to provide best possible options.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with creative teams for ongoing work, proof-read and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.
  • Innovation: Implement innovative ways to engage clients with the company and provide value for money experience.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate solid relationships with clients by creating exceptional communication and providing prompt service.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Graduate from any discipline.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an Advertising agency.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets, urge to think out of the box and eagerness to learn new things, ability to work as a team member, creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness, strong analytical skills and updated knowledge of the field.
