We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Cold Calling Specialist in our logistics team.

About the Job:
  • This position involves conducting outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish, promoting logistics solutions to generate qualified leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication, documenting all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system, collaborating with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, and meeting and exceeding daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect new leads using advanced techniques and strategies.
  2. Promote logistics services to generate revenue growth.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when communicating with clients.
  4. Document and track all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
  5. Collaborate with the logistics team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
