Validation Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our cross-functional teams and ensure the quality and reliability of products throughout the development lifecycle.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing validation strategies, overseeing the execution of validation activities, and collaborating with development, quality assurance, and other teams.

  1. Develop and Implement Validation Strategies:
  • Establish validation plans, protocols, and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the execution of validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, software validation, and process validation, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and other teams to define validation requirements and priorities.
Lead and Manage a Team:
  • Lead and manage a team of validation analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
Ensure End-to-End Documentation:
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation and traceability of validation activities, including Validation Plans, test plans, test protocols, test reports, validation reports, trace matrix, Change Management, Periodic reviews, Audit Readiness etc.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in validation with 6-12 years of experience.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
