GIS Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled GIS engineer to play a crucial role in the production and management of geospatial data across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the creation and management of GIS data, including digitization and geocoding processes.
  • Collect, process, and manage spatial data to ensure accuracy and integrity across projects.
  • Integrate GIS solutions with existing systems and customize applications to meet specific client requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive GIS solutions.
  • Produce precise and accurate geospatial data.
  • Conduct field surveys as required to collect accurate geospatial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of GIS concepts and software tools.
  • Expertise in GIS tools such as ArcGIS / QGIS / MapInfo / GeoServer / AutoCAD.
  • Adaptability and willingness to participate in fieldwork and adapt to various project requirements.
  • Proficiency in using CAD tools and experience in data entry tasks and data mining related work.
  • Well-versed with online software like Google Drive and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in using satellite imagery in ARCGIS / AutoCAD / QGIS.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in GIS application development and implementation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or Diploma in Geography, Geoinformatics, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
  • Certifications in GIS technologies or related areas are advantageous.
