Job Overview

As a seasoned business development professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the onboarding and account management activities for our restaurant partners. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with these partners and drive performance improvement through strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to review partner Profit & Loss statements, identify areas of opportunity, and provide targeted growth strategies. Additionally, they will work closely with internal teams to resolve partner queries and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies to drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Data Analysis: Analyze weekly performance metrics, track key indicators such as Ads RPO, AOV, and operating hours, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for expansion, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  4. Commercial Agreements: Structure and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive long-term growth and success.
