Job Description:

- Client Acquisition: Actively acquire new enterprise clients for both permanent hiring and staff augmentation services.

- Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building and nurturing strategic partnerships along the way.

- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets through focused new business development.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective market strategies to expand our client base and strengthen our position in the industry.

What We Need:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing business development.

- Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
