Job Title: Fashion Product Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and fashion-forward product coordinator to join our team at a leading apparel company. As a product coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a product assortment strategy that aligns with the brand identity and drives sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in retail apparel buying.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage a product mix that reflects current trends and customer preferences across all sales channels.
  • Make data-driven purchasing choices, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Develop competitive pricing models in line with market trends and company financial goals.
  • Regularly review sales data, adjust strategies, and report findings to senior management.
  • Collaborate with design teams to stay ahead of fashion trends and identify new product opportunities.
  • Work with marketing and other teams to ensure seamless product launches and availability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of apparel buying experience in retail.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and trend forecasting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and buying/planning software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
