Fabric & Raw Material Quality

  • Prior to bulk production, we conduct shrinkage, colorfastness, embroidery strength, wash tests, and hand-feel tests.
  • We work closely with sourcing and merchandising teams to obtain approvals and rejections.
In-line & End-line Quality Control
  • During in-line inspection, we monitor embroidery, print alignment, color matching, and stitching consistency to guarantee product quality.
  • We verify that garment measurements align with BIBA's size standards across all styles.

  • We aim to achieve Zero Defect Shipment culture with a focus on First Time Right (FTR).
Embroidery & Embellishment Quality
  • We inspect embroidery (hand & machine), beadwork, sequin work, gota-patti, mirror work, and applique for durability and design accuracy.
  • We standardize quality for thread strength, bead/stone fixing, and fastness of embellishments.
  • We train operators on handling delicate ethnic fabrics like silk, chiffon, georgette, and cotton blends.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • We implement quality checkpoints at critical operations (cutting, stitching, embroidery, finishing) to prevent defects.
  • We introduce defect prevention techniques to minimize rework and wastage.
  • We ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks and statutory norms.
Team Management
  • We lead the QA/QC team consisting of in-line checkers, embroidery inspectors, finishing auditors, and packing quality staff.

Reporting & Customer Feedback
