About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our liability and transaction product management team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in banking operations, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving complex issues and providing expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support and Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients regarding liability and transaction processing queries.
  • Requirement Development: Collaborate with clients to gather and interpret their requirements for liability management and transaction processing, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Liability Management and Transaction Processing: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of liability products such as savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, and others.
  • Industry Trends and Compliance: Stay informed of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in liability management and transaction processing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant domain and business analysis/product owner experience in core banking and/or retail & commercial deposits and branch operations software products.
  • Prior domain expertise in a banking institution in liabilities, teller and branch operations, and direct end-user experience on core banking and/or branch operations software products would be desirable.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to conduct training sessions for internal teams.
