Job Summary

Genpact is seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Wealth Operations team. As a Strategic Leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the Capital Markets and Wealth management operations, aligning them with the overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute plans for optimizing wealth operations efficiency.
  • Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of capital markets to drive innovative solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the industry.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Harness digital tools and technologies to enhance trade operations, drive transformation implementing automation and data analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate for new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the wealth operations domain.
  • Be a senior partner concern point for resolving customer & internal issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within wealth management operations, with a strong understanding of investment products and financial instruments.
  • Must have exposure on Global Plus Wealth Management Application.
  • Understand E2E value chain of wealth operations, i.e., client servicing, client cash operations, asset servicing, trades and reconciliation, fund accounting and tax.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP).
  • Should have experience with areas of Wealth Operations such as Reconciliation, Global Trades / Domestic Trades (Trade Capture / Settlements), Asset Servicing, Asset Transition, Statement Processing etc.
  • Must be aware of upstream and downstream flow for each of the processes.
  • Escalation Management, process improvements, process mapping are areas where the individuals should have extensive experience.
  • The candidate should have an exposure to working with technology in terms of providing process knowledge for automation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to wealth management operations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
  • Familiarity with a diverse range of investment strategies, including asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction.
  • Understanding of wealth planning concepts, including estate planning, tax implications, and retirement planning.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks within wealth management processes.
