Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations for our renewable energy vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, working knowledge of ERP systems, tally, and SAP, as well as familiarity with statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate registers such as stock, asset, etc.
  • E nsure timely book closure on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Review and approve journal vouchers, provisions, and accruals as per accounting standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in compliance with IND AS / Companies Act.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and project-wise cost reports.
  • Ensure accurate project capitalization, depreciation, and asset register maintenance.
  • Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Preparation of trial balance, Profit and loss accounts, balance sheet, and assist in preparation of annual reports.
Compliance & Controls:
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for smooth audit closure.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, SOPs, and accounting policies.
ERP and System Integration:
  • Manage ERP accounting modules (SAP (FI/CO module)) and ensure accurate system-based reporting.
  • Lead automation of accounting processes and reconciliations through ERP tools.
