Senior Executive for Outbound Tours

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our team in the planning and execution of international tours. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for handling queries, creating bespoke travel packages, negotiating with suppliers, and managing reservations and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for short and long-haul destinations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and services.
  • Oversee the creation of itineraries that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure seamless execution of tour operations through effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the tourism industry, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of international markets, including costings, operations, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with various destinations and cultures, enabling informed decision-making and tailored solutions.
