Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in calculations and processing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing, and validating all daily activity. They will provide timely and accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance under moderate supervision. The ideal candidate should be able to research and resolve exceptions and issues, escalate unresolved issues to management as required, and reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other teams as needed.

The selected candidate must ensure all inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner and communicate effectively with clients when necessary. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of daily and monthly activities and coordinating effective information flow to relevant parties.

  • Manage day-to-day activities of a functional/oversight team.
  • Provide timely and accurate management reporting and issue log maintenance.
  • Research and resolve exceptions and issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with other Shared Service teams and external clients.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred.
  • Should be comfortable working in North America Shifts.
  • Work location: Hyderabad.
