Operational Analyst Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the operations team in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the operations team in performing case analysis, document verification, and database management tasks.
  2. Conduct background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  5. Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  6. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree/graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
