Job Description

The role involves managing messaging applications, monitoring queues, and ensuring smooth processing of SWIFT and Fax systems.

The team is responsible for building a link between Ops, IT, and business stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.

Responsibilities include handling email queries, escalating system issues to L2 and IT teams, and collaborating with application support teams and other relevant stakeholders.

Commitment to manage deadlines and work extended hours in a fast-paced environment is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of all system related static data and tasks
  • Supporting change activities related to messaging applications
  • Handling all email queries and escalating system issues identified to operations L2 and IT teams

Closing collaboration and interaction with application support teams, business, and other relevant stakeholders are essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate with good academic records
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to understand complex systems, products, and processes

Self-learning and working on rotational shifts and weekends, including Indian public holidays as per business requirements, are also expected.
