The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with speakers, editors, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution of video recording sessions.
  • Maintain detailed tracking sheets for video recordings, edits, and reviews.
  • Act as a communication bridge between teams.
  • Support logistics, travel arrangements, and equipment setup.
  • Manage quality, review, and upload processes.
  • Submit daily updates on studio activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of video production and editing software (optional).
