We are currently seeking an innovative Plastic Product Development Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of new plastic products, from conceptualization to production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute comprehensive product development strategies that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Leverage expertise in injection molding and project management to drive projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design documentation to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review product engravings, labeling, and markings for quality and compliance.
  • Analyze data from trials and prototype testing to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with tooling vendors and optimize molding parameters to minimize defects and maximize efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or automotive components.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
