New Product Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of the end-to-end planning, design, and development of new plastic products. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of injection molding and a strong ability to manage projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to quality and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop plastic products (injection molding) from concept to production.
  • Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical documentation.
  • Evaluate product engravings, labeling, and markings.
  • Conduct trials, test prototypes, and troubleshoot issues during development and mass production.
  • Coordinate with tooling vendors and calibrate molding parameters.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance through the stage-gate process and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Tool & Die making.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or automotive components.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
