Opportunity Overview

Seeking an experienced Developer to work on application development, support, and enhancements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the team to analyze business requirements, design robust technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software aligned with organizational standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement enhancements and revisions to meet business needs.
  • Deliver solutions as per timelines while ensuring adherence to company standards and SOPs.
  • Provide technical support to team members and stakeholders on all technical aspects of projects.
  • Maintain day-to-day system support and development for assigned systems and technologies.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Handle full lifecycle development – design, code, test, implement, and maintain applications within time and cost constraints.
  • Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for all system modifications and updates.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, flexible, and focused on achieving ambitious performance standards.
Technical Requirements:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in cache/iris development (10+ preferred).
  • Experience with cache objects and object script.
  • Exposure to legacy mumps programming.
  • Experience in design and development of rest/apis.
  • Proficiency in sql queries (intermediate level).
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall sdlc methodologies.
  • Preferred: Domain experience in healthcare and knowledge of hl7 standards.
