Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at IBCScorp. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized support for our IT infrastructure management services
  • Develop and maintain Service Desk Operational Procedures and Processes
  • Monitor the Service Desk tool for open and pending tickets
  • Receive and log incidents, service requests, and queries from customers and IT staff
  • Assign incidents to technical groups and categorize into severity or priority groups

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google products, including OS, Office, and email software
  • End-user desktop/laptop software installation and uninstallation skills
  • Experience with ITSM tools for registering and tracking issues
