Job Title

Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality skills development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and utilize key partnerships to achieve required numbers and quality mobilization.
  • Supervise enrolment processes to ensure end outcome in terms of numbers and quality.
  • Owe the training process to ensure adherence to processes and help achieve high-quality academic results.
  • Monitor and enable student participation in placement activities and organize placement drives at the center.
  • Manage student journey from enrollment to placement.
  • Progress and monitor batch outcomes.
  • Support placement activities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Foster a positive culture within the center.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Manage people and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and report accordingly.
  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Able to counsel students, graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is preferred, 5 years of experience in the skill development industry with 3 years in team management is desired.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating patience and perseverance.
  • Inclined towards society and working for marginalized communities.
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects is an added advantage.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
