Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team and turn raw data into actionable insights for our platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and drive business growth.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the platform.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly through visualizations and reports.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data tools is highly valued.
  • Prior freelance, remote, or analytics experience is a plus.
