Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to help us make data-driven decisions and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, driving insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve our internal data warehouse and reporting systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to support reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Design and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data and meeting business requirements.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Build interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams, providing actionable insights and trends.
  • Create customizable templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking, facilitating informed decision-making.
Product & Behavioral Analytics:
  • Manage and configure tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude, ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of user behavior and product engagement.
  • Set up and maintain tracking for user actions and product features, providing valuable insights for product development and optimization.
Attribution & Campaign Tracking:
  • Ensure accurate attribution using UTM parameters and campaign data, validating the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data, ensuring alignment and consistency.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to define data needs and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Build guides and tools that help others access and understand data, promoting a culture of data literacy and transparency.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficient in SQL, with expertise in query optimization and data modeling.
  • Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking and attribution (e.g., UTM parameters).
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake.
  • Experience working in SaaS environments using PLG or freemium models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams.
