Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at HRipple Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales targets, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and marketing activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); fluency in English language; and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
