About E-commerce Operations

As a vital member of our e-commerce operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing and delivery processes. Your primary focus will be on managing distribution operations for sales channels, guaranteeing accurate order entry, and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Input order details into the order processing system or excel accurately.
  • Monitor and track order status from entry to delivery, addressing any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize order processing and delivery processes.
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls, addressing quality-related concerns.
  • Maintain records of orders, invoices, and related documents.
  • Generate reports on order processing performance and share insights with management.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
  • Coordinate with channel partners for Return to Vendor (RTV) and related operations alignments.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and order tracking tools is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
  • Effective communication and crisp email writing skills are crucial.
