Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Design, engineer, and operate global contact centers using cloud-based solutions like Nice InContact, Genesis, Amazon Connect, and AudioCodes.
  • Work closely with business units, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure telephony solutions meet business requirements.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices, routing & workflow optimization, and skills-based routing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of overall experience in telecommunications.
  • Proven experience in NICE inContact or CXone solutions, including voice, chat, email, and SMS channels.
  • Strong understanding of call flows, IVR systems, and backend integrations using APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 24/7 availability for remote support apart from regular office hours.
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for assigned projects to ensure all infrastructures are deployed according to standards.
