Lead BIM Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams as a Lead BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, and international project teams, managing project workflows, allocating tasks efficiently, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, as well as a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

This position involves managing multiple projects, supporting project setup, planning, and execution strategies, ensuring optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and business objectives.

You will lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations. Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts.
  • Train team members in their usage.
  • Manage modelling, coordination, and successful delivery of international projects.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
