Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with assigned banks in the region, driving business growth through effective and smooth interactions.

  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with bank representatives to identify new opportunities for mutual fund sales and cross-selling.
  2. Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with RMs/Sales people in banks, leveraging your consultative engagement skills to drive revenue growth.
  3. Decision Influence: Build trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers at banks to secure mind share and influence business decisions.
  4. Business Development: Collaborate with Branch managers, Senior RMs, and Regional Heads to develop and execute business strategies, expanding our presence in the market.
  5. Opportunity Mapping: Analyze and capitalize on opportunities for primary selling, relationship management, and cross-selling a range of investment products to banks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expansion in new markets.
  • Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve business objectives.
