
Digital Cyber Security Solutions Strategist

Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of high-quality digital solutions for cyber security in sales proposals and project teams.
- Analyze customer requirements to ensure cyber security solutions meet objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Act as a technical expert providing knowledge and analysis of cyber security software applications and operational environments.
- Evaluate technical specifications during sales pursuits of industrial control systems and digital solutions to identify potential cyber security risks.
- Introduce cyber security requirements to potential customers and validate their verification.
- Support and consult on customer cyber security risks towards industrial assets in compliance with their enterprise risk management process and security risk assessment methodology.
- Provide direction and mentoring to sales and project teams when interacting with senior technical and business leadership.
- Pursue new opportunities and extensions with solutions consulting and hub digital teams to drive business development efforts.
- Cross-functional coordination with regional sales teams to drive the cyber security sales pipeline.
- Drive initiatives across divisions in a highly matrixed operating environment without direct reports.
- Capture customer feedback and market requirement specifications to feed back to our product management and development teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, with 7-10 years of experience in OT or software industry focusing on cyber security digitalization and IoT, and deep understanding of relevant technologies and trends.
- Certified cyber security qualification (e.g. TUV CySec GISSP CISSP IEC62443 specialist)
- Proven track record in customer focus, exposure to customer top management, consultative selling, driving results, and turning opportunities into sales successes.
- Experience driving digital development for complex global organizations in B2B environments, ideally with process energy software technology automation.
- Ability to deliver complex deliverables under demanding timelines.
- Background in industrial domains like mining, pulp paper, metals, food beverage.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security solutions within industrial environments with hands-on experience in solution delivery.
- Broad understanding of SCADA and industrial control systems including architecture.
- Experience in justification audits design implementation and maintenance of cyber security solutions.
- Familiarity with NIST ISO-27001 ISO-27005 ISA-62443 standards.
- Excellent networking skills with experience leading change management.
- Fluency in English required, fluency in other languages an advantage.
