Job Title: Enterprise Strategy Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Front-end upstream Strategy and M&A Global Consulting service line. As an Enterprise Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a global team of consultants and Fortune 100 clients to understand their vision and help them devise inorganic and growth strategies.
  • Exposure to work with global clients in industries such as Automotive, TMT, Industrials, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Private Equity, etc.
  • Synthesize key takeaways by structuring ambiguous problems, consolidate information sources, analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data, present interpretations to the project team, and provide recommendations to global clientele.
  • Devise corporate/business unit, M&A, and market entry strategies. Conduct commercial due diligence, business wargaming, and screen M&A targets.
  • Communicate effectively with the senior leadership and the clients by playing an active role in firm building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in building a career in Strategy and M&A Consulting.
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills (Fluent in PowerPoint and Excel). Ability to conduct thorough market research on S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, Bloomberg, and other platforms.
  • Ability to break down and solve ambiguous problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • An enterprising and collaborative professional with ability to work with in a team.
  • Exposure in International client's geographies (North America/Western Europe/Asia-Pacific & Japan) will be considered favourably.
  • Prior work experience of 1-2 years in strategy houses/ Big 4 / boutique consulting / corporate strategy / corporate development background is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from premier institutes globally or India.
