Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the administration of electronic data interchange (EDI) processes across our enterprise systems.

This role will focus on ensuring seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors, and internal business applications while maintaining high standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications such as ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.
  • Manage onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
