Job Title: Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing manager to oversee the production of our Strategic Electronics Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the delivery of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for space and defense customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To take ownership of the production process, ensuring that all products meet the required quality and quantity standards.
  • To coordinate export sales directly with customers, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • To lead cross-functional teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • To identify and address potential quality issues proactively, developing methods and systems to prevent defects.
  • To drive cost reduction initiatives, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in production processes and managing large teams consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel.
