About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Data Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust ETL processes, ensuring seamless data migration, and optimizing workflows across multiple database systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute large-scale data integration projects, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL processes for data integration and transformation.
  • Work on workflow automation and job scheduling for streamlined data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing ETL processes to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and data governance policies.
  • Perform risk analysis and mitigation planning during migration and deployment phases.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of data warehousing, analytics, and ETL concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is necessary. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI would be beneficial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica and SSIS migration.
