Transforming Employee Experience at Maersk
Maersk is seeking a highly skilled HR Support Specialist to join the Global Data Quality & Platforms team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional employee experience across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve employee queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with managers, people partners, and functional specialists to solve complex queries
- Maintain data sanity on Workday
- Support process improvements to simplify and standardize HR processes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working on Workday, delivering services for the Europe region, preferably from a shared service center environment
- Passion for working with huge volumes of data with an eye for detail
- Fluent in English and experience working in multicultural global teams
- Strong knowledge of Workday products, such as WD Journey, WD Help, Workday Org Studio, and WD Reports
