Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee hotel operations, ensuring seamless daily execution and exceptional guest experiences.

This leadership role plays a pivotal part in driving operational success, enhancing service standards, and fostering strong relationships with guests and staff alike.

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of day-to-day hotel operations, including supervising Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitoring performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Acting as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.
  • Fostering owner loyalty through proactive communication and delivering consistent business results.
  • Assisting the General Manager in addressing key property issues, including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.
  • Building strong relationships with hotel staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of special events.
  • Conducting regular audits on par stock to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are adequately stocked.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST), Monday through Saturday.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.
