Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Technical Assistance: Providing remote support for minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Asset Management Coordination: Coordinating with vendors for hardware issues and maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
