The ideal candidate will spearhead the execution of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Key responsibilities include defining growth strategies, conducting market research, performing valuations, leading due diligence, structuring deals, negotiating agreements, and planning post-merger integration to drive business expansion.

Strategic Acquisitions
  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies prioritizing acquisition opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify strategic targets.
Deal Implementation
  • Perform financial valuations and prepare investment memorandums and board presentations.
  • Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors ensuring timely transaction closure.
Transaction Negotiations & Structuring
  • Structure deals in alignment with legal and tax requirements.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure seamless transaction completion.
Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  • Plan and execute effective integration with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance ensuring optimal outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Management
  • Collaborate across functions to align deal objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and strategic partners.

Key Requirements:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
