Our organization is seeking a professional to fill the role of Senior Client Partner.

Job Description

We require an experienced AR Caller who possesses in-depth knowledge of US Healthcare to manage patient accounts and resolve outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting calls to insurance companies, managing Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts, and addressing patient billing queries. This position demands a fast learner with exceptional communication skills who can adapt to a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve outstanding balances on patient accounts by performing calls to insurance companies based on aging reports.
  • Manage AR accounts effectively by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Address billing issues resulting in payment delays.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Evaluate difficult collection situations and escalate them to management in a timely manner.
  • Contact clearing houses and EDI departments of insurance companies regarding claim transmit disputes.
  • Review unpaid claims from providers.
  • Handle patient inquiries and update their account information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fundamental skills include being a fast learner with excellent communication skills, adaptability, knowledge of patient insurance eligibility verification, and basic working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Essential qualifications comprise experience in AR Calling or follow-up with US Healthcare (provider side), flexibility to work in a night shift according to US office timings and holiday calendars.
