Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

">Role Summary:

This is a full-time on-site position for a senior legal professional based in Central Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing complex legal issues, managing case files, conducting thorough research, and providing expert legal advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 08 years of experience in indirect tax, power sector, shipping laws, and dispute resolution. They should possess proficiency in law and handling legal issues, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Legal Documents: Develop and review legal documents, analyze complex legal issues, and manage case files.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct thorough research and provide expert legal advice to clients.
  • Court Appearances: Attend court hearings, negotiations, and arbitration sessions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum experience of 08 years in indirect tax, power sector, shipping laws, and dispute resolution.
  • Law and Handling Legal Issues: Proficiency in law and handling legal issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Research and Case Management: Strong research and case management skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Membership: Membership in good standing with the Bar Council.
