Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to fill the role of Senior Compliance Officer.

This key position will involve working closely with experienced members of the legal team to provide expert advice and solutions to business stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate compliance programs, including experience in public speaking, business presentation, and knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards.

Responsibilities will include owning, implementing, and adopting a global whistleblower program, comprising seven pillars of efficient and effective corporate compliance programs.

In addition, they will handle global investigations, negotiate and implement remediations, and contribute to Compliance & Integrity Plans and their reviews.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum JD, along with relevant experience as compliance counsel. Additional qualifications such as CA/CFA will be preferred.

  • Develop and implement corporate compliance programs to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to business stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Owning and implementing global whistleblower programs to promote a culture of integrity and transparency.
  • Conducting global investigations, negotiating and implementing remediations.
  • Contributing to Compliance & Integrity Plans and their reviews.
