Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to join our team as a Senior/Lead QA/Tester with Business Analyst experience in Workday HR and Colleague environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
  • Design and run end-to-end testing: Ensuring seamless employee processes that span multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.

Requirements:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR.
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
