Client Support:

  1. Offer Level 1 and 2 support for desktop, cloud, and networking issues, ensuring smooth IT operations.
System Administration:
  1. Administer and manage Microsoft 365, including tasks related to Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, MDM, MAM, and Microsoft Defender.
Networking and Security:
  1. Handle domain, DNS administration, firewall (UTM) management, and other networking tasks, ensuring secure and reliable connections.
Server Management:
  1. Support Windows Server 2019 environments, including Active Directory and SQL Server administration.
Documentation:
  1. Maintain clear and accurate records of all support activities and resolutions.
Continuous Improvement:
  1. Identify potential issues and suggest long-term solutions to enhance IT systems and processes.

  1. Previous production experience with Microsoft Cloud offerings including Azure.
  2. Advanced understanding of core web technologies such as IIS, HTTP, SFTP, and SSL.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft licensing, especially related to Microsoft 365 A3 and A5 from the command line for a 100,000+ user environment.
  4. Mastery of storage technologies in Microsoft 365 including OneDrive and SharePoint.
  5. Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, JSON.
  6. Architectural and operational mastery of the Microsoft 365 Platform.
  7. In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring M365 security features including AIP, DLP, ATP, IAM/RBAC, and SIEM.
  8. Advanced proficiency with Active Directory and Azure AD, including group policies and ADSIEdit.
  9. Demonstrable mastery of core network technologies, including DHCP, DNS, NTP.
  10. Previous hands-on experience and understanding of VMWare vSphere environments and architecture.
  11. Messaging and productivity tools, including Microsoft Exchange migration to Exchange Online and support of hybrid environments.
  12. Thorough understanding of Microsoft Exchange messaging technology, including internet standards such as SMTP, IMAP, POP, and MAPI.
  13. In-Depth Understanding of content management tools, including SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
  14. Administration of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  15. Must have hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and other Office 365 services within large, complex environments.
  16. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Groups architecture.
