Junior Webflow Developer

We are seeking a skilled Junior Webflow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our digital development group, you will play a crucial role in creating high-performing web experiences that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages using Webflow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy marketing funnels and campaigns that engage and convert audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually stunning and user-friendly websites and landing pages using Webflow
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
  • Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to bring marketing campaigns to life
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Implement analytics tracking and ensure data accuracy to inform business decisions
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel)
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared, etc)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
