ServiceNow Delivery Leader

We seek a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.
The ideal candidate should have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leadership role in an IT services company.
- Practice Building: Develop and execute strategies for building and growing ServiceNow capabilities.
- Solution Architecting: Design and deliver innovative solutions using ServiceNow products and platforms.
- Capability Building: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the delivery unit.
- Business Pursuit Management: Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Operations and Delivery Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- P&L Ownership: Manage profit and loss responsibilities for assigned accounts.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple regions, including US, Europe, UK, and APAC. Key expectations include:
- Demonstrate industry expertise and deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap.
- Have a deep understanding of ServiceNow system integrators' ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
- Experience in handling global responsibility and managing multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
- Responsible for driving delivery, including successful client implementation and growth of business in current accounts.
- Should be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills.
