Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to lead our distribution plan from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Planning, Distribution Planning, and Inventory Optimization with excellent proficiency in Excel and Advanced Excel. They will be able to manage complexity of large SKU base and multi-channel distribution, while maintaining excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, SCM, Finance, and Logistics teams.

  • Lead and drive the inventory management process from Mother Warehouse to 20 Branch Warehouses across multiple product categories.
  • Align inventory levels with business numbers, customer channels, and frequency of distribution.

The Inventory Manager will own availability of 1,500–2,000 SKUs by designing robust inventory frameworks, prioritization models, and scenario-based planning to manage constraints. They will ensure product availability for billing across all channels and define and monitor inventory holding policies and norms, based on network lead times, SKU classification, and channel priorities.

  1. Establish replenishment mechanisms across all inventory nodes.
  2. Ensure stock availability and fill rate ownership for all customer channels – distributors, EBOs/MBOs, Modern Trade chains, and e-commerce platforms.

The Inventory Manager will also identify and monitor slow-moving / obsolete stocks, design and execute mitigation and liquidation plans to minimize risk, and collaborate with logistics teams for efficient vehicle planning and load optimization. They will work closely with warehouse teams to measure and redefine SLAs, ensuring dispatch compliance and reprioritization as needed.

The successful candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong ability to balance cost, availability, and service levels, while driving overall efficiency improvements and contributing to network optimization frameworks.
