We are seeking a skilled App Monitoring Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dynatrace Setup and Configuration: You will be responsible for setting up and configuring Dynatrace to monitor application performance.">
  • Operational Application Management: You will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues and performing root cause analysis, identifying recurring issues, and ensuring long-term fixes.">
  • Alerting and Notification: You will be responsible for setting up alarming for Dynatrace and Splunk for different applications and defining and fine-tuning alerts.">
  • Code Analysis and Optimization: You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing application code with respect to error handling and alerting.">
  • Synthetic Monitoring and Alarm Management: You will be responsible for understanding web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks, as well as synthetic monitoring and alarm management.">
  • IT Service Management Tools: You will be responsible for experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.">
  • Problem-Solving and Collaboration: You will be responsible for having a problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.">
