Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring complete test coverage through thorough preparation, review, and maintenance of testing documents (test plans, test cases, test reports).

  • You will manage the execution of different types of testing (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.) and facilitate regular QA team meetings or triage calls.
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments, working closely with the project manager and development team to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges.
  • Provide effort and estimates of testing activities required for projects or deliverables when needed, and prepare customer demo presentations for project deliverables as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and coordinate testing activities across various projects and teams.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Software QA, including client-facing experience and strong communication skills.
  2. Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA / AzureDevops, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications.
  3. Experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices is essential, and familiarity with Automation & Accessibility would be an asset.
