Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various activities across multiple teams.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless project delivery, from initiation to completion. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as finance, business partners, and vendors, to operationalize strategic plans and manage budgets.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to conduct regular budget reviews and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Work closely with vendors to onboard and manage contracts, ensuring timely payments and efficient operations.
  • Support the development of educational materials, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the management of end-to-end processes through various tools and systems, such as Datavision, Matrix, and RightFind.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to plan and set up project timelines and maintain budgets.

About You

  • Minimum 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in medical communication, pharma, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent stakeholder management, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.

Requirements

  • Medical communication/pharma experience desirable.
  • Project management/medical communication/pharma experience desirable.
  • Therapeutic area/domain knowledge exposure, publication submission, and/or project management technical skills.
