Key Role: ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to lead the gathering of requirements, design of screen layouts, and creation of testing plans for our ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating complex business requirement documents at a high level of proficiency without AI assistance and a foundational understanding of AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, incorporating AI integration.
  • Conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
  • Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is advantageous.

Agile Methodology:

  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Break down epics into user stories and ensure readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.
