**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong background in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to support our finance operations.

The role involves daily income audits, cashiering duties, and accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial records and adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily sales reports before 10:00 AM for senior management and owners.
  • Run day-end reports by departments/outlets.
  • Audit revenue transactions for accuracy, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Prepare management reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required.
  • Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.

Cashiering Functions:

  • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness.
  • Record amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
  • Manage petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests.
  • Supervise outlet cashiering staff to ensure effective operations.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
  • Maintain proper filing and adhere to record retention policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to assess financial information.
